After you complete the form and upload any recent labs or medical updates, the MMC team will review your history and contact you if a Zoom follow-up is needed.
In most cases, you’ll receive a refill approval and follow-up guidance within a few days — typically with recommendations for your next review in about three months.
This service is best suited for patients in a stable phase, between their regular six-month follow-up appointments.
