Fulfillment Policy

At Meakin Metabolic Care (MMC), we are committed to providing exceptional care and value through our metabolic and laboratory health services. Our model uses streamlined systems and minimal overhead to deliver the highest quality of service at an accessible cost.

If you experience a significant change in your expectations or feel a refund is warranted, please contact us at support@metaboliccare.com . Refunds are issued at 75% of the total fee, with the remaining 25% retained to cover credit card processing, administrative, and staffing costs. Refunds are typically processed via Stripe.

You may also discuss refund questions directly with your Heal Navigator nurse or patient manager. We’re proud to maintain a refund rate of less than 0.5%, reflecting our dedication to patient satisfaction and care excellence.
