The Advanced Metabolic Roadmap is a one-time program fee of $750. There is no membership and nothing renews. Medications or supplements your physician recommends are purchased separately, and repeat labs later on are arranged separately.

Metabolic Care is direct-pay and does not submit or contest insurance claims. Fees are not covered by Medicare, Medicaid or commercial insurance.

Cancer-related biomarkers included in the panel are optional markers for context and trend tracking. Results must be interpreted clinically and do not guarantee early detection. Metabolic Care does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent cancer.

Complete Blood Count, Complete Metabolic Panel, Lipid Panel, Hemoglobin A1C, C-Reactive Protein, Thyroid Stimulating Hormone, Magnesium Level, Lactate Dehydrogenase, Homocysteine Level, Vit D3 level, Uric Acid, Ferritin Level, Fasting AM Total Cortisol, Fasting Insulin Level and Sedimentation Rate, Vitamin B12 level, and Total Iron (Fe) and Iron Binding Capacity.

After Submission

Once You've Completed the Consent Form

Check your inbox for an email from us. It will include your secure onboarding link and the next steps for preparing for your consultation.

Everything except the blood draw happens from home.

We send your requisitions, for example via Quest, and you have your blood drawn at a patient service center near you. Your 50-minute physician visit is scheduled once your results are back.
